Stop Hiding from Rejection and Start Celebrating
You’re a successful business owner. You attract leads like they’re magnetized to you. But when it comes time to convert your “connection call” or ask for the sale—your nervous system locks. You ghost. You hide behind “just one more email.” You tell yourself you’re “not ready yet” or you procrastinate until it’s too late to do it today.
And every time you avoid, you feel the guilt creeping in: “I should be further along. My family deserves more. What’s wrong with me? I know I can do this, so why can’t I do this?”
The rejection isn’t the problem. Your relationship with it is. Let me show you how to reframe the ‘no’ as data instead of devastation—and watch what happens to your pipeline (and your peace) when you do.
Upfront investment: $100
Second payment (only if not completed by the end of month 2): $100
Does this sound like you?
📦 You catch yourself thinking: “What’s wrong with me that I can’t just ask for the sale?” You’ve built a successful business. You’re helping people. But there’s a version of you—the one who moves forward without permission, who doesn’t apologize for taking up space, who isn’t paralyzed by what others think—and she feels unreachable. The longer you hide that part of yourself, the more you wonder if she’s even real. By not selling, you’re creating an identity question.
📦 You’re pouring energy into leads and relationships that aren’t actually going anywhere. They’re not “wrong people”—they’re just not aligned with where you’re heading. But you keep investing anyway. Keep following up. Keep hoping. And every hour spent in that misaligned energy is an hour stolen from your book, your message, your real work. You’re not just losing sales. You’re losing time. By not selling you’re creating a mis-alignment drain.
📦You watch other women hold their boundaries like it’s natural. They ask for the sale. They hear “no” and keep moving. And you think: What’s wrong with me that I can’t do that? It feels like everyone else got the manual you didn’t. Like there’s something fundamentally different—and wrong—about how you’re wired compared to them. By not selling you’re creating The Comparison Spiral.
📦Your nervous system is so tangled up in the “will they/won’t they” dance that you have nothing left for what actually matters. No creative spark. No vision. No joy. You’re not just losing pipeline clarity; you’re losing yourself. By not selling you’re creating a creative bankruptcy
📦Every time you avoid asking for the sale, every time you procrastinate instead of following up, every time you ghost instead of having the hard conversation—you feel it, the guilt that won’t quit. It’s the weight. The “I should be further along.” The “My family deserves more.” The voice that says: “I know I can do this, so why can’t I do this?” And that guilt becomes another reason to avoid. Another loop to get stuck in.

Here’s What It looks like on Your Path to 100
Your first 10 no’s: The Pipeline Purge
You identify your first 10 “easy ghosts”—the leads you’ve been avoiding, the connections you know aren’t going anywhere. You log them into your tracker. You reach out with clarity (not apology). You collect your first batch of nos. And here’s what happens: your nervous system doesn’t break. You’re still standing. You’re still you. The sky didn’t fall.
Your First 25 no’s: The First True Celebration
Something shifts. You stop seeing rejection as failure and start seeing it as data. When a “no” lands in your inbox, instead of spiraling, you log it in your tracker. You feel the dopamine hit. You’re progressing. This is where the game starts feeling real and you finally start celebrating the clarity that it brings.
AND Statistically, you’ll have your first 1-2 sales!
After 60 no’s: The Playful Pivot
By now, your brain is getting it. Rejection isn’t devastation; it’s a point in your favor. You’re collecting nos like sonic collecting coins — each one gets you closer to the target. Your pipeline is getting clearer. The misaligned energy is draining away. And something unexpected happens: you have space to think about your creative work again.
The 100 No Victory
You hit 100!!!!
Your tracker is full. And here’s the real win: You didn’t just collect rejection data. You rewired your relationship with it. Your pipeline is clean. Your “yes” clients are clear. And you’ve made sales that stailize your business

Hey There, I’m Stephanie
I’m a Sales Leadership Strategist and Transformation Coach who spent 22 years building, training, and scaling sales teams in the corporate world. I’ve trained 10+ teams from the ground up. I’ve watched hundreds of talented people self-sabotage their success because their nervous system was running a protection program they didn’t know how to interrupt. So I became a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Coach, Trauma-Informed Coach, and Mental Health First Aid provider
The 100 Nos Challenge is my answer to the women who are tired of hiding, tired of people-pleasing their way to mediocrity, and ready to build a business that honors how their brain actually works. It’s the intersection of everything I know: 22 years of real-world sales architecture, trauma-informed nervous system coaching, and the deep permission-giving that neurodivergent women actually need.
You’re not getting a coach who thinks your RSD is a weakness. You’re getting someone who understands why your nervous system learned to protect you this way—and how to gently teach it that rejection isn’t a threat.
Throughout the Challenge, You’ll Experience:
This Challenge is Perfect for You if:
You’re a Neurodivergent Business Owner
(ADHD, autism, or similar) and want to start making $6k+/month
You have Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria
And you know it’s driving your avoidance pattern and impacting business
You’re tired of hiding and ready to rewire your relationship with rejection
and
You’re willing to do the internal work and take external action
You want a business that honors how your brain actually works—not how it’s “supposed” to work
and
You’re ready to stop chasing maybes and start celebrating clarity
This Challenge is NOT for You if:
✗ You’re looking for a quick fix or a “hack” to overcome rejection
✗ You’re not willing to actually ask for the sale or follow up with leads
✗ You believe rejection is a reflection of your worth (you need deeper trauma work first—and that’s okay, I can help you with that, but this challenge isn’t the right fit)
✗ You’re looking for someone to tell you what to do instead of trusting yourself for your own answers
✗ You’re not ready to be honest about your avoidance pattern
THIS PROGRAM HAS NO REFUNDS AND NO CANCELLATIONS
It’s a commitment to doing the work, and that commitment requires you to be ALL IN.
AND IF YOU MAKE THE COMMITMENT, THIS IS WHAT LIFE LOOKS LIKE ON THE OTHER SIDE
It’s a Tuesday afternoon, and the familiar buzz of anxiety in your chest has been replaced by a grounded, quiet hum. You’re at a coffee shop with a friend (or at home with your family), and for the first time in months, you mind is blissfully blank. There’s no mental loop of unreturned emails, no shame hangover, no replaying conversations wondering if you were ‘too much’ for a potential client you spoke to yesterday.
Your pipeline is clean. Your ‘Yes’ clients are taken care of. Your ‘No’s are logged and celebrated. And your income is no longer tied to your ego or your people-pleasing. You know exactly who wants what you’re offering, and you have stopped chasing the maybes.
Most importantly? You’re creating and having fun again. Your book manuscript, your art projects, your parties and your quest logs are growing every morning. When a ‘No’ hits your inbox, your only thought is a calm ‘Cool, onward,’ as you swipe it away without a second thought. You have reclaimed your headspace, your creativity, your joy—and your financial freedom is finally within reach.
FAQs
How does this work?
The challenge itself is $200, but you only pay half up front. Once you’ve paid, I send your 100 No’s tracker, and all the links you need to be successful. You get 60 days to complete the tracker and send me proof that it’s finished via email or text message. If I don’t receive proof by day 60, Your card is automatically charged for the other $100.
How much time does this take?
The challenge itself is self-paced, but to be successful within the 60 days I recommend committing to daily work: reaching out to leads, collecting your nos, logging them in your tracker, and watching the weekly permission prompt video (5-10 min).
Most women report spending 30-60 minutes a day on active outreach to find leads with 5 to 10 people. But if you’re doing the work for higher ticket and value based conversations – they could be longer conversations – trust the process – it will take as long as it takes AND you set the pace, so you choose how many sales conversations to have each day.
I’ve purposely structured the 60 days to give you an impactful incentive to do the work sooner than later and to give you grace with your schedule – 100 conversations in 8 weeks is around 12-13 conversations a week. And I KNOW you can do this!
What if I don't have 100 leads to reach out to?
You don’t need 100 new leads. You need 100 conversations—and that includes the leads already in your pipeline. The Pipeline Purge (Week 1) is specifically about clearing out the ghosts you’ve been avoiding. You’ve probably got 100 conversations worth of people already on your list, and if not, then use this challenge to build your list.
I’m happy to provide you with some ideas of how to find people (just reach out to me via email after you sign up, and we’ll chat.)
Do I need to be in a specific business or niche?
Nope. This works for coaches, healers, strategists, consultants, course creators—any transformation-focused business owner where you’re having conversations that can lead to sales. The framework is universal; the nervous system work is the same.
What if my RSD is really severe and I can't do this alone?
After you sign up, I’m going to email you. If have really severe RSD, you’re exactly why the discounted Voxer bonus exists. If the freeze threatens to pull you back into avoidance, you have access to real-time coaching support (75% off). You’re not doing this alone.
What happens after I complete the 100 Nos?
You take a picture of your completed 100 No’s Board and you send it to me at stephanie@stephaniekunkel.com then I cancel your 2nd payment.
You’ll celebrate your sales and know that You’ve already won.
After that, I’ll send you a link to book a quick 1:1 session with me for free to process the identity shift, celebrate what you’ve done, and map your next move.
How will I access everything?
Once you pay, You’ll get an email with your tracker (PDF download) + a link to your private YouTube playlist and The public calendars are shared links that you can bookmark. Everything is organized in one welcome email. No complicated portals or logins.
What if I sign up and realize this isn't for me?
The Payments are non-refundable so if you’re on the fence, here’s what I know: the women who finish are the ones who actually do the work. Not the ones who are “ready someday.” If you’re ready now, let’s go. If you’re not sure – trust your gut and don’t make the commitment. Want to talk about it first? Shoot me an email stephanie@stephaniekunkel.com.
You already know what needs to happen.
You’ve read this far because some part of you knows that you are hiding from rejection and hiding isn’t keeping you safe. Deep down you know that if you can just start selling, your life will change.
You know your pipeline is full of maybes that will never become yeses if you don’t even ask the question. You know your nervous system can handle a “no”—you just need proof. You know your book is waiting. Your family is waiting.
The version of you who moves forward without permission is waiting.
This challenge is your permission slip.
Ask the Question – Get 100 Nos and plenty of definite Yes’s. Clean up your pipeline. Deposit the money in the bank. And most importantly— relax with the quiet knowledge that you can ask for the sale, handle rejection, and keep moving.
You don’t need to be “ready.” You just need to be willing.
